Anna Collett is Head of People Services, leading the People Directorate, including HR, Organisational Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll and EDI. She provides strategic advice and direction to ensure the Service has the right people, skills and culture to deliver for the communities it serves.

Anna has over 20 years’ experience within Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service and has led a wide range of initiatives to strengthen leadership, improve inclusion and support cultural transformation across the organisation. 

She is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive working environments where people can perform at their best and uses insight and evidence to drive continuous improvement. 

Anna is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
