Two appliances and crews from High Wycombe, one from Beaconsfield and one from Wheatley attended, along with one officer.

The fire was affecting a large derelict two-storey stable block and annex. The stable block was destroyed by the fire.

The firefighters used:

  • Two main jets
  • A thermal imaging camera
  • A short extension ladder
  • Two hay drags

The road was closed while they were at the scene.

Thames Valley Police also attended the incident.

A small fire was underway in the rear of the building, with multiple seats of fire.

Two derelict buildings were affected by fire.

The first floor and roof space of one building was 50 percent damaged by fire, and the second building was five percent damaged by fire.

One appliance and crew from Newport Pagnell, two from West Ashland, one from Broughton and an officer attended.

Smoke was issuing from the three-storey derelict building when they arrived. A fire was located in a compartment on the ground floor. The firefighters used two sets of breathing apparatus, two hose reels and two sets of thermal imaging cameras.

As a result of the fire 80 per cent of the ground floor was damaged. The first floor was 10 per cent damaged by smoke.

One appliance and crew from Buckingham, four from Aylesbury, three from West Ashland, two from Broughton and four officers attended.

Firefighters used two main jets, one hose reel, two sets of breathing apparatus, a turntable ladder, a water tanker, a thermal imaging camera and a fog spike – a tool used to punch holes into a structure and deliver water into the inside. Firefighters were unable to get inside the building.

Relief crews from Brill and Newport Pagnell arrived at about 2am. An investigation into the cause of the fire has started.
