The fire also affected a conservatory, and a neighbouring house.

The conservatory was 100 per cent damaged by the fire. The rear of the neighbouring house was around 20 per cent damaged by fire. Two houses were affected by smoke logging to the roof space.

The firefighters installed smoke alarms and carried out incident ground re-inspections overnight to check for hot spots.
