Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Fire Authority publishes monthly schedules of the Authority’s procurement card transactions. This is part of the Government’s commitment to increasing transparency across Local Authorities.
The Authority’s procurement card transactions shows the transaction date, authority transaction reference, department and description of expenditure, beneficiary details, net value, VAT recoverable value, total value, merchant category description and allocation date. The detailed information however, excludes: banking investments, members’ allowances and payments relating to employee remuneration.
